The Sky Ballroom
The small ballroom has 500 sq feet and a sound system.
Rates:
$75 Per hour
(Classes & Workshops - up to 20 people)
$150 Per hour
(Events & Parties - up to 40 people)
+ Cleaning Fee -- $150
*Includes use of Balcony area and share use of outside patio
The Spotlight Ballroom
The medium ballroom has 1100 sq feet, with professional sprung floors, sound and lighting system.
Rates:
$200 Per hour
(Classes & Workshops - up to 40 people)
$300 Per hour
(Events & Parties - up to 80 people)
*Includes use of Lobby area and share use of outside patio
+ Cleaning Fee -- $300
The Royal Ballroom
Our main ballroom has 2000 sq feet, with professional sprung floors, high ceilings, and professional sound and lighting system.
Rates:
$300 Per hour
(Classes & Workshops - up to 60 people)
$400 Per hour
(Events & Parties - up to 130 people)
*Includes use of bar louge area and share use of outside patio
+ Cleaning Fee -- $400
Whole Venue
Renting the whole studio gives you sole access to the venue with all its facilities, about 7k sq/ft of private use, plus a $50 discount per hour from renting rooms individually! Plenty of private parking space!
