Venue Rentals


Our studio consists of:

House Rules

  • No powder, liquids and food are allowed in the Royal and Spotlight Ballroom floors. 
  • Rentals for Events & Parties will be charged a Cleaning fee.
  • Rentals serving food and drinks will be charged a F&B fee. Food and drinks to be served in the outside patio or bar/lounge area
  • Renters are not allowed in the Employees Room nor in the Office.

 

SKY BALLROOM - 500 sq/ft
(fits 10 to 40 people depending on usage of the room)

  • $75 Per hour - For Classes & Workshops
  • $150 Per hour - For Small Events & Parties 
      + $150 Cleaning Fee 
      *Includes private use of indoor's balcony area, and shared use of bathrooms and outside patio, and lobby area

 

SPOTLIGHT BALLROOM - 1100 sq/ft
(fits 20 to 100 people depending on usage of the room)

  • $150 Per hour - Classes & Workshops
  • $250 Per hour - Events & Parties
      + $250 Cleaning Fee
      *Includes shared use of bathrooms, outside patio, and lobby area

 

ROYAL BALLROOM - 2000 sq/ft
(fits 40 to 200 people depending on usage of the room)

  • $250 Per hour - Classes & Workshops
  • $350 Per hour - Events & Parties
     + $350 Cleaning Fee
     *Includes use of bar lounge area and shared use of bathrooms, outside patio, and lobby area


WHOLE VENUE 6000 sq/ft
(Does not include employees area and office)

  • $750 Per hour - 
      + $750 Cleaning Fee
      *Includes private use of bathrooms, bar lounge area and outside patio

 Note: Rentals for Special Events and Parties such as weddings, holiday parties; and Birthdays, anniversary, baby showers celebrations with over 100 guests, etc., must rent the whole venue.
Rent time must include set-up and tear-down. Max occupancy is 350 people.

**We offer event coordination, catering, bartender and decorations services (set-up/tear down included), as well as Patio Heater, Tables, chairs, linens, projector, spotlights for rent.
