House Rules

• No powder, liquids and food are allowed in the Royal and Spotlight Ballroom floors. 
• Rentals for Events & Parties will be charged a Cleaning fee.
• Rentals serving food and drinks will be charged a F&B fee. Food and drinks to be served in the outside patio or bar/lounge area
• Renters are not allowed in the Employees Room nor in the Office.
• Rent time must include set-up and tear-down.
• Non-rented rooms will remain open to be used by Studio M staff and clients.

SKY BALLROOM - 500 sq/ft
(fits 10 to 40 people depending on usage of the room)
