House Rules

• No powder, liquids and food are allowed in the Royal and Spotlight Ballroom floors. 
• Rentals for Events & Parties will be charged a Cleaning fee.
• Rentals serving food and drinks will be charged a F&B fee. Food and drinks to be served in the outside patio or bar/lounge area
• Renters are not allowed in the Employees Room nor in the Office.

SKY BALLROOM - 500 sq/ft
(fits 10 to 40 people depending on usage of the room)

• $75 Per hour - For Classes & Workshops
• $150 Per hour - For Small Events & Parties 
    + $150 Cleaning Fee

 Note: Rentals for Special Events and Parties such as weddings, holiday parties; and Birthdays, anniversary, baby showers celebrations with over 100 guests, etc., must rent the whole venue.
Rent time must include set-up and tear-down. Max occupancy is 350 people.

We offer event coordination, catering, decorations services, as well as Patio Heater, Tables, Chairs (set-up/tear down included with tables and chairs rentals), Linens, projector, spotlights, etc. for rent.
